Kavian Institute of Higher Education was established in 2008 in the city of Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi Province, pursuant to the resolution of the 360th session of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. As a non-governmental, non-profit institution accredited by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, Kavian is committed to expanding access to quality higher education and contributing to the scientific and cultural development of the region.
